My story as a holistic health coach began over two decades ago. After graduating from the San Francisco School of Massage Therapy in 2001, I delved deep into the world of holistic healing. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Inner Peace Coach, and Aromatherapist, I've gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide others toward balance and vitality. Meditation and mindfulness have been central to my practice, offering grounding and peace to those I work with.
For years, I lived in a cycle of discomfort—painful cramps, unpredictable mood swings, and a constant feeling of imbalance that no prescription or over-the-counter solution could truly fix. As a holistic practitioner, I knew the body spoke in whispers before it screamed, and mine had been pleading for restoration.
